Easy to purchase. Didn’t take long to arrive, and they even threw in a free ball. My dog loved it and we’ve been using it in the backyard playing catch!

Paid for express post. Did not know it was out of stock until 5 days later I contacted the company. Poor time management. If there was an option for express post and people choose it, it means people need the food immediately. Please be more responsible regarding this matter in the future.
