Candle of the Month Club - Prepaid Subscription - 3 Months

Great candles, unfortunately terrible service

I absolutely love this company and their scents. Pretty much all my reviews are 4-5 star. This one however....... I ended up getting double the same kind of candle. I'm assuming it has to do with me putting the membership order on my regular order, or something. But, I reached out to them multiple, multiple times. I used email, I tried to call them- they might as well be ghosts. I got 1 response when I was checking on the shipping status. However once I got my duplicate candles (last 2 month candles I received were both never ever lagoon) I could not get in touch with them for anything. Thankfully I did love the scent, however it completely defeats the purpose of a candle of the month subscription. I don't know that I'll do this again since I guess you have to time your order perfectly? I'll just order the scents I want.

I just got the Tokyo Jazz Club candle and it smells amazing! Definitely my new favorite! The candle of the month is great and I love how securely packaged they come.

Bad customer service

I didn't wanna leave a bad review, but I've emailed maybe 5 or 6 times about not receiving my past 2 candles of the month and haven't gotten a response (I've been checking my spam folder!). I suspect they went to my old address despite having changed it on the website, and having a brief exchange with someone via email updating my address that was never responded to. I still haven't gotten a response so I guess I won't get a refund or my candles. The candles themselves are nice, but I wish they had a better scent throw.
