At the same time, it still challenges a reader familiar with Nietzsche's ideas to see how the ideas explored affected Kaag personally. The book is a fascinating blend that explores Nietzche's life and ideas. I did not choose five stars because sometimes the personal narrative was less compelling and detracted from the philosophical content. However, your experience interacting with the text might be different and merit five stars in your view. Overall, I highly recommend the book.
