Super soft and comfortable. Not itchy at all. Warm but not too.

Solid.

Haven’t really worn it yet so it’s hard to say how warm it is (it’s 100° here now) but it’s not scratchy at all and is very well made. It is thin but that’s why you buy merino. Great warmth:weight.

Go-to layer for the trails

This hoodie has become my go when weather conditions are going to be a mixed bag. As a trail runner I can wear it as a solo layer or I can throw on a light running shell over it and be comfortable in both cold and wet conditions for hours. Today it was perfect for 37F with off and on rain for 3 hours on the trails with just a light shell over it. This is one of those layers that will always be in my gear bag when I travel for races.
