Great value!

I sought out this product because it is not elastic, as I feel elastic products tend to wear out quickly when exposed to the elements. It was very affordable and it works great! I was also happy to find it at a local shop, as I much prefer supporting small, independent businesses as opposed to large corporations.

Good design

It fits the Garbage Cab lid..will have to see if the Racoon's like it ???
