The Starchild Tarot Akashic

I love this deck, though I do tend to prefer decks that align a bit more closely with RWS style and I feel like the artwork in this deck deviates from that a bit. I took a star off not for that though but because it is so hard to shuffle — the cards stick together a lot so if you prefer an overhand shuffle beware of that!

Extremely happy with the quality of the deck and art, I'm a fan of danielle noel's art and so this is right up my alley. My only critiques are the first being the difficulty of shuffling (the entire deck sticks together in a block and is difficult to shuffle) and the other being that the size of the cards ever so slightly compromise the art IMO as they don't feel as clear and vivid as I would have liked. Aside from that it truly is a luxury deck and comes with a separate guidebook, I love the foiled (guilded edges) and it has a breath takingly beautiful series of images and dream like landscapes, the colour palettes are exquisite, mainly pink, blues and purples. Overall I love this deck its very cosmic and ethereal. 5 stars. ♥️
