I’ve had some issues in my thoracic when inclining and flat benching. The shirt help keep things stable and made the movements a little less painful especially as I would bring the dumbbells up to my knees to stand up after the set was over. The shirt also stayed down and tight and didn’t bunch up during my workouts.
