The book itself is nice, with quality paper. Unfortunately, the personalised design was disappointing. There was no formatting or design consideration given to the text, and no proof offered before printing. I shared this feedback privately in the hope it might help improve the ordering process, but the response I received was disappointing and left me feeling that my comments weren’t taken constructively. A nice book, but let down by the personalisation process and customer service.

It was perfect, just as I hoped. The packaging was as classy as the book. Mine was a late order so I chatted with them , selected expedited shipping and the parcel arrived earlier than I had even hoped. Very impressed !
