RheoFit A1 allows me to relieve tightness through my muscles and get me ready to train and perform without the need to exert any effort compared to a standard foam roller. The ability to control the speed, intensity and duration through a selected range gives me the ability to target certain muscles groups. The interchangeable covers also allows for different pressures which is helpful for areas that may be more sensitive.
