Smart Lock U300

Ambiguous return process, product doesn’t come with installation instructions, online support is AI generated slop and you can’t speak with a human. No phone number listed in contact information. Hard to do business with a company with such low standards

This thing is pretty amazing, honestly.

This product was exceptionally well-made, incredibly easy to install, and boasts features that are far ahead of its time. I’m confident that I’ll be purchasing more products from this company in the future.
