Tigress Airpod Max Case

An absolute disaster. I can’t review the products because they never arrived. I placed a large order over two months ago. The first shipment spent almost a month going in circles within the US (it was supposed to go to Indonesia) and never left the country. Nobody noticed—I had to track it, send screenshots, and follow up myself. Customer service is terrible: replies take days and feel AI-generated. They resent the order, I even offered to pay extra for a better courier, but they refused because they only use one shipping company. The second shipment had the exact same issue. In the end, they only offered a refund instead of finding a real solution. They clearly didn’t care. Extremely disappointed.

Sooooo cute

These cases are so cute and I also got the matching iPhone one! The only problem is that if u grab the side of ur headphone w them on it’s likely they’ll come off first… but it’s not that big of a deal, has only happened once, and it’s so easy to just put them back on. Besides that they r super lightweight and I highly recommend. It adds a little touch of style, especially with this design.
