you shipped my order two weeks late
Haylou products are generally good quality, and I’m usually satisfied. But you shipped my order two weeks later, so it arrived very late. I won’t order again.

An extra item was sent with my order, but it doesn’t work.
Thank you and your company very much. It was really useful for me. I had been using the previous version, the Haylou GT1 Pro, for three years, and I’m very happy with my new purchase — the quality is excellent for the price.
However, I ordered only one Mori, but you also sent me a GT3 along with it. I’m not sure why — was it because of my birthday, or was it a mistake? The problem is that the GT3 you sent doesn’t work; it doesn’t turn on at all.
