Beautyfull Jacket, bad zippers

I bought the Jacket in white, and I honestly love it so much! It looks cool, is warm and just amazing. The only thing that annoys me, is that the zippers of the pockets are horrible. They constantly get stuck on the fabric and are extremely hard to open and close. I have literally only used the pockets twice because the zippers make them unusable.
