I help run our local youth lacrosse program, and this is the #1 stick we recommend for new players or anyone looking to take the headache out of an upgrade. Right out of the box these sticks throw near perfect, and with 10 minutes or less of adjustment and break in they perform like an elite high school or college stick. All three of ours release exactly the same way and that consistency is the single most important thing we look for in a stick kids are learning the game with.
