HOROW T38 Smart Toilet with Built-In Tank, Bidet & Mood Light

Totally satisfied with three T38s!

When we were building a new home we decided early on to install smart toilets in all of the bathrooms. That turned out to be a great decision. After a ton of research, we decided on the Harow T38! That was an even better decision. The toilets are simply awesome. The features are perfect. If you haven’t tried a smart toilet yet? You are in for a pleasant surprise. The new T38s arrived on time and were a cinch to install. As we unboxed the last one we noticed the ceramic base was cracked. I admit I was nervous thinking about how this would turn out. Well it turned out great. One call to harow support and a new toilet was on its way to us. We couldn’t be happier. The products and support at Harow are awesome. If you’re on the fence, jump off and buy one if these super cool, smart toilets from Harow. You won’t be disappointed.

Some great features, some missed opportunities

I love the warm seat. I’m now spoiled and will always need that. I love the nightlight and warm bidet water. I love the auto-open feature for the lid. I’m shocked it doesn’t close BEFORE flushing though. I’m disappointed there is no quick button to close the lid. If you close it and press flush, it opens while flushing! I hate that. I always want it closed throughout the flush. It arrived in great condition and was installed with power and water within two or so hours. I just wish it was easier to close and then flush. As a female, I don’t need to or want to use the kick button to open the seat up before kicking again to close it all and flush it. Men clearly designed it for themselves.

Excellent customer service

I ordered the wrong toilet through shopify 1 click. I tried to cancel but was not able to. Harrow support was so gracious and helpful. I have not had such a good customer service experience since i can remember, I didn't even talk to anyone, it was all through email but they were so helpful and respectful that it really made me happy. Can't wait for my 3 T37's
