The product itself is outstanding. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the company's reliability, communication, or accountability. Inventory status and shipping expectations have repeatedly been misleading. When a customer selects—and pays for—FedEx or UPS Overnight delivery with a specific expected ship date, there is a reasonable expectation that the company will execute accordingly. In my experience, that has consistently not happened. Communication has been equally disappointing. Emails from Travis create the expectation that someone is actively addressing the issue, yet follow-up messages repeatedly go unanswered. Whether the problem is staffing, inventory management, fulfillment, or internal communication, the end result for the customer is the same: there is no clear ownership and no accountability. In any professional environment, especially one serving the tactical community, reliability matters. If you establish a timeline, you meet it. If circumstances prevent that, you communicate immediately, take ownership, and provide an accurate course of action. That is a basic standard of accountability. I genuinely do not understand how a company producing such a good product can operate with this level of inconsistency in fulfillment and customer communication. I am also surprised that GBRS Group would associate its name and reputation with a company demonstrating this level of unreliability. Outstanding product. Extremely disappointing execution. Zero accountability.

These are awesome. When we were doing our Tac Drills and instructor guest brought these in and set everybody up with them. Because of the 1” grid we can see right away how much we are off and if we are pulling out shots . And very quickly refresh the target. The only thing for me is we wish they were in a flat pack rather than rolls but that’s a small want.
