Great customer service, amazing freeze dryer. The hardware is bulletproof from my observation. There was a design flaw though. They found the problem and made good on a warranty fix, even though the dryer was legally out of warranty. The part swap was easy. I did all the work myself and had no problems. Thanks Blue Alpine, Cory and Jacob.
