Fine Andean wool is fingering weight yarn made from 100% Peruvian highland wool, warm and soft. It can be used in patterns that call of DK yarn, but it also works beautifully in patterns that call for holding a strand of brushed lace yarn with a strand of 4-ply or fingering yarn, giving the same halo effect.
