The Luthier's Tool Box Book

This book features a few of the talented luthiers in the world. A brief history of some the Mother of Necessity tools that these guitar repair people came up with .

I liked reading this book. It has short articles about tools and their role in guitar building and repair. Many of my friends and acquaintances contributed to it. As a tool loving member of the looth group, I really enjoyed it.

I enjoy finding new tools to get into my garage for luthiery. I’ve already ordered the totalvise and look forward to using it.
