Up front I am a very picky customer. This was my second product I have put on my "vintage" RV. The first one was a complete failure after 3 years. This product went on without any problems. I was extremely impressed. Communication with Rexoseal was as good as it could be. The president even returned emails on the weekend. My roof looks better than it ever has. Last test will be adhesion over a period of time. I washed it with a cleaner first, sanded it, scrubbed it on my hands and knees with a scotch brite pads and washed it with soap and water. I wanted to give it the best possible chance. At this point I recommend this product as the best one that is on the market and I researched for months.
