This is the year of Habtamu! We roasted this gorgeous washed Ethiopian for our monthly subscribers in July, and now it's available for everyone. Ethiopia is having a banner year, and Habtamu is knocking it out of the park. We're loving this coffee's big, ripe apricot coupled with
