I like this tea a lot. It’s a treat to sip it. I gave 4 star to the company because they provided plastic mesh tea bags! Do they not know plastic tea bags release a ton of microplastics in your drink? And if they don’t care about that, I wonder what other health related matters they ignore in preparing their teas! :|

A turbulent start, but ended on a sweet note

While it took 2 months for me to receive my order due to custom clearance, the customer service was helpful and they worked hard to resolve the issue. There is room for improvement but it is good to know that this is a trustworthy company. The tea is packaged with thought and care. 10/10
