I’ve not seen a difference yet but it’s only been 30 days of using the product. I’ll give it 3 months.

The flavor taste very much like vitamins and smells like it also. Not a morning berry juice like described. Hard to choke down. On day two and already regretting spending this much money. Even poured over its hard to drink.
