I used this product years ago and then somehow when life got busy and self care slid a little I actually forgot about it and how good it was. It rolled up on one of the Social media pages and I am so happy. This product is a game changer for the gut. I have always used high quality pre, pro and post biotics but even that would leave me bloated and uncomfortable. I have now added this back into my daily food intake (added to my cuppa first up in the morning) and I sure will not be forgetting about it again.
