Remote works well, and helpful staff

The remote works well and looks exactly like the original. Obviously, doesn't quite feel the same, but that's not a problem. Staff helped me sort out a problem - my PVR and original remote were paired on a different channel so the new one, by default on channel 1, didn't appear to work. They diagnosed the problem and pointed me to the Humax FAQ solution to re-pair (Hold 0 and OK for 5-10 seconds and a message will appear on the TV, press a key 1-6 to change the mode)
