Great company but underpowered go-kart

Way weaker than a gas engine. Opposite of what I expected. Well built but sluggish...not much thrill driving it...expecially if a second person is in the vehicle adding extra weight. No dohnuts, no spinning the tires....just a gradual and almost lethargic increase in speed. Only gets above 24 if on a very packed dirt road....

Great customer service

My experience with gokartsusa was great. The customer service was exceptional. (especially Mario). I had numerous questions, and they were answered via email, chat or telephone within a few minutes or hrs each time. I've purchased from other similar companies many times and gokartsusa is far above. This particular product is great and the price tag is justified.
