Strawberry Mouse Acrylic Flatback

3 of my flatbacks were faded dull in color different from online catalog. I emailed customer service and was told i emailed wrong shop. Ive got reciept i still have my order i cant do anything with the flatbacks. 4 of the 9 items i ordered were beautiful. But customer service was so rude. I didnt ask for anything i was just letting them know hey you sent bad flatbacks. I know want the black lab dog flatback replaced. I will update if customer service wants to replace it and talk decent to a customer but if they dont they lost a customer
