Unfortunately, we did not stay. I paid for the English bulldog class but was not informed until I walked in the breed had changed. We specifically picked that breed because we lost an English bulldog and it’s sentimental to us. When I contacted customer service they said that they can’t guarantee the breeds and it’s on their website. They said they would get back to me and I’ve yet to receive an email. I’m not asking for anything free, but I don’t think that you should have to pay for something you did not purchase. I paid for an English bulldog class not the dash hound. They should at least give you a chance to reschedule for another date when the breed you paid for is available. I will highly warn anyone interested about my experience, in that there’s a big possibility you won’t get what you paid for. Management definitely could do a better job at informing their customers.
