iPhone 16 Pro Leather Shell Case Metal, MagSafe - Dark Brown

Rocky delivery, but impressed with the case and customer service

My order arrived in an already opened, empty bag, which was pretty disappointing - especially because I figured there was no way for me to prove that it arrived that way (mailbox). I reached out to support expecting them to refer me to the carrier, but to my surprise, within a day they reviewed the situation and arranged for a replacement which was sent right away. As for the case after 1 week (iPhone16 Pro, Dark Brown w/camera button): - Feel: Very smooth in your hand, a little too slick for me at first - but seems easier to grip after a few days. - Side buttons: Have a nice soft but still tactile click to them. - Camera control: Hardly noticeable on this case, it sits essentially flush with the rest of the side of the case which to me is a plus. - Bottom openings/port: Nothing fancy, as it should be. I usually hold my phone with my pinky finger supporting that area and some cases are unpleasant to hold like that, no issues with this one. - Mag safe: Again no issue, it just works as I expect it to. - Lip: There is a slight raised lip all the way around the front for placing the phone face down which is super appreciated. I have a glass screen protector and the raised edges still sit just the right amount above the screen. - Durability: No comment, I've had it for a week with no drops. I don't normally leave reviews, but had a good experience here despite the initial mistake and felt like between the service and case quality it was earned.

Fantastic leather quality and fits my phone perfectly. The new camera control button they added works great. I will definitely purchase more products from them.
