Turquoise Beaded Evil Eye Bracelet

I am very disappointed with both the customer service and fulfillment of my recent order. I initially ordered one bracelet and then contacted to upgrade my purchase to two bracelets so I could gift one to my daughter. The increased order value qualified me for a free gift with purchase. The day after updating my order, I sent an email to confirm that the free gift would be included. I followed up again when I received notification that my order was being packaged, and then contacted once more immediately after receiving my order on Saturday when I discovered that the free gift was missing. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received any response. Although the bracelets are very thin and more delicate than I expected, they are quite nice, but the lack of communication and failure to honor the promotional offer have left me very disappointed with the overall experience.
