Hands down the best customer service EVER!

I love my LumaLux Face + Neck, but lately I've had issues with my controller. I emailed the company and within 24hrs the issue has been addressed, resolved and handled in an extremely quick and efficient way. This has been hands down the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you! You are the best!! And as per the product reviews - I am 41 and no one ever guesses my age right. They think I am at my early 30's.

Powerful, but needs improvements

The face and neck mask have plenty of lights and modes that can easly be selected from the remote. They design and comfort of the mask are very good, the masks are flexible enough that they can also be placed on other areas of the body for other types of terapies (e.g. injury recovery). Unfortunately the remote has a digital display which ha very limited functions. There is no battery level indicator, that alone is a huge miss since the device operates on battery. You don't know how much battery is left or how much to charge. You can only select 3 mins or 6, there is no other option or minutes in betwee. When the mask is turned on it immediately blasts your face with bright light, so it is difficult to read and select the mode you want. That is bad user experience. Overall the product is powerful and flexible, but it has some weird quirks.
