Dad feels safe with the bed rails knowing that it will prevent him from slipping off the bed when he unknowingly over adjust himself. Dad is also very happy with the various pockets in the pouch where he can put his things such as small water bottle, fan remote control, AC remote control, his small torchlight, etc. Also they are with easy reach.

Dad is able to sit up safely now

Bought it for my dad as he was having problems sitting up without support. The product is sturdy and works as intended. It even comes with lots of pockets that come in handy for putting things like remote controllers, water bottle, sweets etc so they're within reach if he needs to quench his thirst at night. We opted for assembly as well, which we felt is a well-worth option as it looked like it had a lot of parts, though the person who did the installation did the assembly very quickly and professionally.

Easy to install, great for safety precautions

It was relatively easy to install. Helped keep my dad who has dementia, in the bed until we are ready to assist him out from it. Bonus is he can use it as a grab rail to sit up in bed. Great buy!
