Ann Dress : Sardinia Sky

My experience with this shop was overall very disappointing. I purchased two dresses, one was described as linen on their website, but the tag inside said 100% cotton the second dress wasn’t quite what I was expecting much flimsier than a very similar one I had bought. When I inquired about the dress that was supposed to be linen, they said it was a mistake on the label. Also, they included a card that said to enjoy my free reusable tote bag that was not included in my package. When I mentioned it to them, they said oh sorry, but did not say they were sending it to me. Well, they offered for me to return the not linen dress, I don’t feel that it’s worth the trouble. But I do not think I would buy from them again. Their customer service seems to be lacking.
