I really wanted to love this brand, but the quality didn’t meet expectations. My necklace arrived broken and couldn’t be repaired. Customer service offered a $120 coupon since they were sold out, but when it restocked, the price had increased from $98 to $120 - making the “compensation” feel more like a forced store credit than a resolution.
