Loosid is an amazing company and there customer service went above and beyond to help me out. Apparently I wasn't able to see my clean date before I ordered it, therefore the wrong date was on the on my original order and when my tee shirt arrived I reached out to them to inquiry about exchanging it and I was informed that since the tee shirt was a special ordered item and thus they couldn't just change it. Love the hat. Im normally a large in everything but this one fits snug. So i wish i wouldve ordered the XL.
