Thanks for the follow up. I haven't used the winches yet as they are going to be a part of my 4wd truck build. The rear winch should be fitted in March as it will not only be used for recoveries but lifting up a motorcycle. Not currently sure when the front one will be fitted as the mounting bracket needs to be custom designed and made, which is very expensive. All I can comment on at the moment is the delivery and tracking, which happened faster and better than I expected. Thanks Mark.

Carbon 20k 24v Truck winch

Recently purchased 2 x 20k winches for my new Isuzu NPS, Winches have arrived and look great, still to be fitted and tried, but i am confident at this stage all will be good, Customer service has been amazing right through the process, i made a mistake when ordering which i thought would be a huge and costly issue, but the Guys at Carbon sorted it no issues at all, cannot recommend this company more, outstanding, very happy customer
