Ballistic Labs Beta Alanine 400g

A staple Preworkout ingredient for endurance!

I use a serving of this ballistic labs beta alanine before every workout! I add it on top of my Pre workout for extra endurance and I'm also a big fan of the skin tingle feeling it gives me since it's my sign to start working out! If you don't enjoy that skin tingle pins and needles feeling I would stay away, and use citrulline and eaa formulas for before and during your workouts, though they work differently, could be another bit of help for recovery and endurance.
