The fit around the waist is maybe a little small. I had an XL and wear a 34 waist, M in Chubbies, L in Lululemon - the waist is borderline small on these. It's all fine and good. The crotch on my romper ripped out pretty early on as well. Made the night more fun, but not good for the long game.

I actually bought this for myself, but it is slightly too small. I'm 6' 4" 188 pounds, it rides up a little. So I gave it to my nephew who is in the pictures which looks great. I reordered a double xl for myself.
