Beige & Brown Abstract Set of 3 #BB099

The colors are very different, in person, than what are represented in photographs of this painting. The beige has a pink-tone, and the "white" water, is actually more of a beige color. I have reached out on an email asking for next steps since I am unhappy with this. I am updating this review because I have received a response from a representative at Vinchy Art. They have offered me $150 to keep the painting that I am unhappy with, and get a local artist to make the color corrections that I need- like that would even come close to covering the cost of doing something like that to a piece that I paid almost $1000 for. My second option was to pay an additional $199 to have a Vinchy artist re-create the same artwork with the colors I want adjusted. And a third option is to pay an additional $299 and have an artist create an entirely new piece of the same size. None of these options work for me because the art that I expected, even approved, was not the art that I received- meaning the colors were different that what was on the website, and on the email that I received to approve the paintings that I ordered. The company does not appear to be open to taking the art back, and refunding my substantial investment. I can not recommend this company because they promise to do anything to make you happy, yet do not give an option to return the art that I cannot display in my home. I cannot trust the colors to be true from their website, so why would I pay more to trust that they can satisfy me with another piece? I hope this review, and the "#1" rating helps someone to steer clear of this company, and save yourself some money, and a lot of frustration.

We absolutely love these beautiful works of art Unfortunately, it needs to be larger, so I have contacted the company to see if we can exchange for larger artwork. They are gorgeous.
