Great, but tips on how to dissolve completely.

I have been adding it to my smoothie to help keep my muscles in good shape. I am 77 years old. It took a few tries to get the ingredients correct, but now I enjoy the bit of flavour it adds to the drink. The only downside is getting all of the powder to dissolve. Does anyone have any tips? All in all a great product.
