Not “all region” dvd

Nice customer service & received quickly however we believed this was an all region dvd. We cannot play it on our player (region 1). We’ll keep it in the event we find an all region DVD player.

Stunningly beautiful-looking film! Impressive production design, and a unique interpretation of The Beast. It's also a refreshingly unromanticized portrayal of daily life in "old days". Dark and creepy. Not for kids! And if you're at all squeamish about seeing animals mistreated, or simply prepared for a feast, you'll probably want to avoid this one.
