Ordered three items on August 8. The package arrived August 13 with one item missing — the Sport Singlet I’d been looking forward to most. I contacted support the same week with all the order details. They replied once, on August 18, asking for a photo. I sent it within minutes. Since then: nothing. No confirmation, no timeline, no replacement, no refund. I followed up again on August 20th and still haven’t heard back. The products that did arrive are decent quality. But paying for an item you never receive, and then being ignored when you ask about it, is not a good experience. I’d think twice before ordering again until they sort out their fulfillment and support response times.

Love its cut. It fits very nicely.
