Monogramming setting a bit off

Hello. I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago, monogrammed. Loved it. The LARGE Print is amazing and so useful. Ordered a second one for myself and used the same monogramming process....which was a simple Bottom Right corner of Bible. Oddly the font is larger (which is okay), but it is raised significantly higher up from the bottom of the book cover. Compared it to the other just to make sure this wasn't a personal perception issue. No. It is clearly a good 1/2 to 3/4 " higher than the original Bottom Right corner setting from previous order. This, of course, in no way affects the utility of the book at all,but just wanted to mention that these settings which should be locked and, well, set, are not. It appears to be at the discretion of whoever is operating the machinery.

My son and I gave this to my husband for Christmas, and he absolutely loved it! It is so beautiful! I got the brown bible, and having his name engraved was next level! It is easy to read, and he loved it has Jesus’ words in red! It was so easy to choose, order, and it was delivered quickly, and was packaged very nicely! Best Christmas gift ever!
