Maybe a Bufering issue

Will try to re install but so far the product is not working well in my jontakt 7. I tried opening it in Ableton 11 and the old Sonar x3 and the same error is happening. It's like a buffering issue that I would like to solve within the next few days. The other programs don't give me this type of issue. Will Uninstaller and re install again to see if it's a human error when I initially installed it. Thank you.

I had purchased this back in the day in VST form but lost the files and when I saw it back on sale here I had to grab it up. Amazing library of unique sounds.
