Large Leaf Masala Chai

Had a really great experience with customer service. Someone there originally thought that they were out of stock on an item and refunded me the money, only to find one bottle of chai and then sent along free of charge. Obviously free stuff is great, but there was good follow through with the original person emailing and then also handwriting a note that was included with the order. When the order came, it was a pleasant surprise to receive. Thanks

I’ve loved your teas until I purchased this item. It has natural flavors in it, I should’ve looked harder at your ingredient list but I didn’t think I had to. I had a bad reaction to this tea which is disappointing.

Tried something new in the Marsala Chai and it was better than I expected, with a flavorful and tangy taste. I'm glad I tried it and may become a regular drinker. Thanks! Peter M
