Stealth 13,500lb 12v Electric Winch - Synthetic Rope

Great winch, installed smoothly. No problems.

We have bought one hoist and 2 winches and look to buy two more near future. My 1,300 pound winch is giving me a little problem with the tethered control. I have to push it into the socket and wiggle it around in order for it to work. Everything else is working fine and they are doing a good job. My 2000 pound hoist has a serial number with zeros & 13. Does this mean it’s the 13th one made?
