Great book for my curious 4 year old granddaughter. Her mom suggested I buy this book for her and she gave me very positive feedback.

Age Appropriate

The content was very age appropriate. Easy for children to understand and relate to. The language used is a good introduction to brain function. The text gives children practical ways to deal with life's ups and downs

I loved the characters. I facilitate Mind Body Medicine Group sessions and will be using this in those groups. We learn all about the brain response to stress and this is great. My granddaughters (twin 11 year olds) loved it.
