Concerned about quality

The package arrived on time and undamaged. The keyboard apparently has a nice build quality and does work fine overall. However there were some issues out of the box: letter i got stuck after first using it and the switch had to be replaced. And one of the cursor keys were misaligned (rotated so that right key was pointing upwards). Overall I am satisfied but really concerned about the quality, taking into consideration that the product left your factory without any quality control.

Sound contruction, very high quality, still minor room for improvement

Pros: The keyboard feels amazing to type on. The customisability features of it are awesome. It feels very solid. Cons: Battery life indicator has been wrong at times. It can die at 50% on the indicator. The sleep time is not customisable, so it frequently feels like it's turning off while I'm still using it with no way to change that. The volume dial does not wake the keyboard from sleep, so if you're watching a show and it's gone to sleep, you have to press something else before you can adjust the volume. The usb-C cover doesn't align well (or more the port that isn't aligned actually), so won't work with a lot of cables. It would be nice if the rgb worked with game-integrated lighting. Currently there is no way to do this.

Very happy with this purchase it looks and feels brilliant glad I decided to spend that bit more for a better keyboard.
