Horrible, chemical like taste

I would rate this product negative 5 stars if I could. I just got off the phone with a horrible customer service representative - who would not tell me her name - and she was very unhelpful when I explained that this Passion Fruit Diced product does not taste like Passion Fruit, it tastes like sour chemical gum. I am very disappointed in this product - that made me nauseous right away - and the women said it is not a "Quality Issue" if a customer decides that it tastes bad. Quality does not equate to taste, for a food product? In what world?
