This rooftop tent sets up and tears down quickly. Super high quality product. Durability is exceptional. Took this tent into the back country of Wyoming. Set up on a lake and ended up having 60+ mph winds and the performance in the rugged environment was perfect. Lighting was a great touch. Tge annnex and aioks kitchen were great additions.

Good product, customer service is slow but real

I'd love to write a detailed review about the product, which does have many good aspects, however I feel it's just as important for anyone reading this: Do NOT expect any sort of customer service. i.e. if anything is wrong and you need to interact with the company, good luck. They ghosted me for over 3 weeks before I got the 'hint'. Also, if you're expecting the air mattress to fit when the tent is closed (even pulling all the air out and folding it so it's tucked behind the ladder), good luck. UPDATE: I want to be fair and revise this. After I posted, the Customer Service Lead reached out personally, apologized for the delay, explained that the team had been short staffed during an unusually busy stretch, and offered to fix everything. So the accurate version is this: customer service here was badly delayed, not non-existent. That is a real distinction, and I would not want anyone to skip a product they'd otherwise like based on my first impression. If you hit a problem, expect it may take a while, but you will get a person who cares. On the air mattress, they are sending out a new attachment that may solve the fit issue with the tent closed.
